A high school education or equivalent is required. The position does require the ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
Previous experience managing modem/router devices and cable and internet troubleshooting techniques. Familiar with cable installation processes and troubleshooting problems. Customer service experience.
The position requires the following skills:
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.
Generally, no prior training is required. However, completion of in-housing training is required within 90 days of employment.
Due to staffing limitations, it is extremely critical that individuals possess the ability to work their scheduled hours on a consistent basis and overtime hours when requested. Position requires the ability to serve on call, as scheduled or as necessary. Position requires associate to work Monday – Friday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm CST
Position may require travel as needed to service out of town accounts.
Position requires the ability to participate in unit inspections and tours and assist with emergency measures as required.
