The Director of Technology Training reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Training to ensure the training and development needs of operational software are being met and exceeded. They will lead technology related training initiatives, propose strategies and solutions to ensure learning needs are met. This position will be instrumental in the design, development, rollout, and evaluation of the Yardi property operations software, while building constructive and effective relationships at all levels.

Education A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Position requires the ability to read and write English fluently.
Professional Experience Five years experience in multifamily training required, ten years of general real estate/apartment management experience preferred.
Attendance/Travel Requirements The position requires the ability to work five days of the week, usually 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, but flexible if overtime is required. Travel is required as necessary.
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill all of the job’s functions. Position requires the ability to use general office equipment including computer, printers, copy machines, fax machines, postage machine, binding machine, etc.
Excellent MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher skills
Strong Yardi knowledge
