If you love using technology to improve and simplify the lives of others, this position is perfect for you. As a Director on our  Human Resources team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting state-of-the-art talent acquisition and management systems designed to improve the procurement, development, and support of our talent. To maximize your effectiveness and impact as the chief information architect for the HR and Learning & Development departments, you will use your systems knowledge and HR and Training expertise to streamline the recruitment, performance management, training and engagement processes so supervisors can focus on acquiring, training, and supporting their associates instead of the administrative procedures associated with these efforts.


  • Provide an awesome applicant experience and make it easy for managers to sort through candidates and select the best candidate
  • Integrate  recruiting software with social media sites so candidates enjoy a quick and easy mobile experience
  • Leverage the capabilities of our performance management system to give ongoing feedback and provide a data warehouse for succession planning information
  • Partner with the Director of Payroll and Benefits to continually improve integrations and the operation of the company’s HR/Payroll system including time management
  • Implement and integrate video based hiring and learning solutions
  • Maintain company’s on-demand video warehouse for associate training
  • Promote a culture of learning through optimization of the company’s learning management system



  • College degree required.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • Ability to get consensus and collaboration across many business units
